Video Armada™ Help File
Video Armada is a powerful video uploader, downloader, converter and player. It enables you to fast upload videos to You Tube, download videos from You Tube, Google, Yahoo and other websites and convert videos into various formats. Besides, it’s a powerful YouTube account manager which will help you to deal with all your videos on YouTube.
- 1.Video Download
- Copy and paste the URL of the video into the URL box of Video Armada.
- Choose the output format and the download destination of the video. Name the video you are going to download.
- Click “Advanced Setting" to edit the parameters of the video.
- Customize the output video.
- lick the button" OK" to add the download task to the main interface.
- Click the button" Start" to start the download task.
- 2.Files Conversion
- Add the file you want to convert.
- Select the format you want to convert into and folder where you want to save. Name the file.
- Click the button “Advanced setting” to customize your demand of the video.
- Click the button "OK" to add the conversion task.
- Click the button “Start” to start the conversion task
- 3.YouTube Account Management
- Enter your YouTube account and password to sign in.
- Get your video list to see all the videos in your account.
- Choose the video and click “Download”, “Edit” or ” Delete” to download, edit or delete the video. Click “Online Watch” to watch your video online.
- Click the button “Upload” to upload new videos to YouTube.
- Change your Password.
- Open a new window to manage another YouTube account.
- 4.Video Search
- Input keywords and click “Start Search” to search videos .
- Click the button"Online Watch"to watch videos online.
- Click button" Download" to download your favorite videos.
- Click button "Hot Video" to search hottest videos on YouTube.
- Choose the search options and start search.
- Watch and download favorite videos.
- 5.Video Upload
- Input your YouTube account and password.
- Edit details of the video you are going to upload.
- Click the button "Ok” to add the upload task.
- Click the button "Start" to start the upload task.
- Click the button “Batch Upload” to upload a batch of videos.
- Click the button "+" to add videos you are going to upload.
- Click the button”OK” to add the upload tasks to the main interface.
- Edit details of a video by double-click the video.
- Edit the details of a selected video and click the button ”OK” return to main interface.
- Click the button “Start” to start the upload tasks.

1.1 Copy and paste the URL of the video into the URL box of Video Armada.

3.1 Enter your YouTube account and password to sign in.
3.2 Get your video list to see all the videos in your account.
3.3 Choose the video and click “Download”, “Edit” or ” Delete” to download, edit or delete the video. Click “Online Watch” to watch your video online.
3.4 Click the button “Upload” to upload new videos to YouTube.
3.6 Open a new window to manage another YouTube account.
4.1 Search videos
4.1.1 Input keywords and click “Start Search” to search videos.
4.1.2 Click the button"Online Watch"to watch videos online.
4.1.3 Click button" Download" to download your favorite videos.
4.2 Search hot videos
4.2.1 Click button "Hot Video" to search hottest videos on YouTube.
4.2.2 Choose the search options and start search.
4.2.3 Watch and download favorite videos.
5.1 Single Upload
5.1.1 Input your YouTube account and password.
5.1.2 Edit details of the video you are going to upload.
Click the button “broadcasting and sharing options", if you want to adjust broadcasting and sharing options
5.1.3 Click the button "Ok” to add the upload task.
5.1.4 Click the button "Start" to start the upload task.
5.2 Batch Upload
5.2.1 Click the button “Batch Upload” to upload a batch of videos.
5.2.2 Click the button "+" to add videos you are going to upload.
5.2.3 Click the button”OK” to add the upload tasks to the main interface.
You need to enter any character in tags, descriptions box and select a category for all videos before adding the upload task.
Then edit the details of each in the main interface.
5.2.4 Edit details of a video by double-click the video.
5.2.5 Edit the details of a selected video and click the button ”OK” return to main interface.
5.2.6 Click the button “Start” to start the upload tasks.
6.1 Select the video you want to play.
7.1 Select the discs or folders you want to scan for duplicate files and set the scanning choices.
7.3 Select duplicate files and choose options to deal with them.
7.4 Export report of the duplicate files.
7.5 Select and delete the duplicate files.
